Program Name and Description

Closer Now Reminders sends user-requested email reminders and optional SMS follow-up messages for personal goals, tasks, and commitments. You can use Closer Now with email reminders only. SMS reminders are optional and are sent only if you provide a mobile phone number and check the SMS consent box. Messages may include reminder prompts, follow-up questions, completion checks, and support or opt-out confirmations.

During the pilot, you may also choose to book an optional Friday accountability call with Vimal Vora. Booking a call is not required to use reminder services.

Consent and Message Frequency

By checking the optional SMS consent box, you agree to receive recurring SMS messages from Vimal Vora via Closer Now at the mobile number you provide. SMS message frequency is up to 5 messages per week, based on the reminder settings you choose. SMS consent is not a condition of using Closer Now. If you opt out or do not provide SMS consent, Closer Now will not send SMS reminders to that number.

Rates and Carrier Terms

Message and data rates may apply. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt Out and Help

You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and stop sending SMS messages to that number. For support, reply HELP or contact hello@closernow.com.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it. We do not share SMS opt-in data or consent records with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
