Information We Collect
Closer Now collects your name, email address, weekly focus and goal text, Friday call scheduling status, email delivery logs, and replies you send to the service. If you provide a mobile phone number, we store it for your account; if you choose optional SMS reminders, we also store your SMS consent record, SMS delivery logs, and inbound SMS replies.
How We Use Information
We use this information to operate Closer Now Reminders, which sends user-requested email reminders and optional SMS follow-up prompts for goals, tasks, and commitments. We may use scheduling information to coordinate an optional Friday accountability call. SMS message frequency is up to 5 messages per week, based on the reminder settings you choose. We also use this information to process replies, honor opt-out requests, troubleshoot delivery, and operate the Closer Now service.
SMS Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share SMS opt-in data, phone numbers, message content, or consent records with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may share information with service providers, such as SMS delivery and database providers, only as needed to operate the service.
Your Choices
You can use Closer Now with email reminders only. Optional SMS reminders are sent only if you check the SMS consent box and provide a mobile phone number. You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. You can request SMS support information by replying HELP. Standard message and data rates may apply. If you opt out, Closer Now will stop sending SMS reminders and follow-ups to that phone number.
