Information We Collect
Closer Now collects your name, email address, mobile phone number, waitlist status, and any optional goal response you choose to share. If you join the active service, we may also collect your weekly focus and goal text, Friday call scheduling status, email delivery logs, and replies you send. If you choose optional SMS updates or reminders, we also store your SMS consent record, delivery logs, and inbound SMS replies. For weekly coaching, we store your timezone, verification status, interview transcripts, confirmed commitments, progress, and reflections so you can resume and receive relevant follow-up.
How We Use Information
We use waitlist information to hold your place, understand what people want help accomplishing, and contact you when Closer Now is ready. We use active-service information to send user-requested email reminders and optional SMS follow-up prompts for goals, tasks, and commitments. We may use scheduling information to coordinate an optional Friday accountability call. We also use this information to process replies, honor opt-out requests, troubleshoot delivery, and operate the Closer Now service.
SMS Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share SMS opt-in data, phone numbers, message content, or consent records with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may share information with service providers, such as SMS delivery and database providers, only as needed to operate the service. Interview content is processed by our AI provider to generate coaching responses and stored in our database. Authorized operators can review coaching records to support the pilot.
Your Choices
Joining the waitlist does not require SMS consent. Optional SMS updates and reminders are sent only if you check the SMS consent box. You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. You can request SMS support information by replying HELP. Standard message and data rates may apply. If you opt out, Closer Now will stop sending SMS updates, reminders, and follow-ups to that phone number. Contact hello@closernow.com to request deletion of your stored coaching records. Keep your personalized interview links private; anyone with an active link can access that conversation.
